All steaks are served with fricassée of wild mushrooms, potato fondant, tomato confit and a choice of red wine jus, béarnaise sauce, café de Paris butter, chili jam, or a selection of mustards.

* NOTES:

  • The name Wagyu is a western term for a collection of Japanese bloodlines
    (Wa Japan, gyu cattle).
  • Due to the high marbling content of Wagyu beef, we recommend that your selection is cooked to medium rare to permit the disintegration of marbling.
  • Please allow 30 minutes due to the size of our steak, as they are rested for half their cooking time
